BSc Psychology

CIM Diploma in Professional Marketing
A degree-level qualification from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, earned while working full-time. It gave me mastery of strategic marketing, customer insight, and brand management — knowledge I applied directly as Marketing Manager before moving into Sales Management.

Interior Architecture & Design
Explored design and spatial planning, learning how to transform environments — skills I now draw on when shaping events, spaces, and experiences.

Human Givens Psychotherapy
Completed advanced training in evidence-based therapeutic techniques. This qualification strengthened my ability to support others, sharpened my communication skills, and deepened my understanding of mental health — all of which continue to inform how I build trust and relationships in professional settings.

British School of Meditation
Trained in mindfulness and meditation practices, gaining tools to support wellbeing in myself and others.

Professional Background

I bring a diverse career history across sales, marketing, education, and care — all united by a focus on people, communication, and creating experiences.

Sales & Marketing — Four years in a fast-paced tech start-up, driving client acquisition, leading demos, coordinating and hosting webinars, developing creative campaigns, budgets, reports, and whitepapers. This gave me a strong grounding in building relationships, delivering results under pressure, and adapting quickly to new challenges.

Education — Teaching English abroad and tutoring children using ABA methods, developing patience, clarity of communication, and the ability to adapt and think quickly.

Care & Community — Roles coordinating activities in a care home, and volunteering with MENCAP and youth groups. These taught me empathy, teamwork, and the importance of maintaining trust and dignity in every interaction.

Creative & Events — From writing whitepapers and coordinating events to volunteering at festivals and connecting with performance communities, I’ve developed an eye for detail and a love of bringing people together.

Events

I believe the best events aren’t just well-organised — they feel effortless, personal, and unforgettable. Whether online or in-person, I thrive in managing logistics, collaborating with partners, and creating environments where people feel welcome, inspired, and valued.

Experience

Corporate & Marketing Events – In my marketing and business development role, I planned and coordinated international conference events, with our largest being the LMA Annual Conference in the U.S., attended by over 1,000 delegates. Each event involved procuring and managing staging materials, coordinating logistics, and ensuring our booth stood out — often generating 50–100 warm leads for our sales pipeline. I have delivered conference demos, organised prize draws, spoken as a thought leader on stage, and produced detailed pre- and post-event budgets, reports, marketing papers, and email campaigns.

Creative & Cultural Gatherings – Beyond the corporate space, I have also volunteered at Gottwood Festival, where I supported logistics and operations, working closely with stage managers, the head office team, VIP lodging, and stage running crews. I’ve additionally contributed at smaller festivals and large-scale gatherings, gaining hands-on experience in ticketing, site setup, and take-down — giving me an end-to-end understanding of event production at multiple scales.
My passion for flow arts and performance (poi, rope dart, hoop) has led me to teach workshops and perform in fire jams. This experience has given me an appreciation for performance culture and a unique perspective on integrating creativity into events.

Community Gatherings — I founded a women’s community in my hometown, which has grown to almost 100 members across WhatsApp and Facebook in just two months. We host weekly events designed to connect and inspire, ranging from canoeing, pottery-making, and craft sessions to dinners, cocktail nights, bingo, escape rooms, and painting workshops. In January, we are holding our first weekend retreat.

Activities Coordinator & Teaching – Designing activities in education and care settings, from themed workshops for adults to gamification for children, ensuring every detail supported nurturing and enjoyment.

Luxury Events

I’m excited to build a career in luxury events and partnerships — spaces where creativity, precision, and people skills truly come together. I value excellence, collaboration, and attention to detail, and I bring grit, curiosity, and a drive to exceed expectations.

Global Perspective

I’ve always been inspired by the richness of cultures, languages, and ways of life. I bring cultural awareness and a global outlook to every role. I thrive in international environments, love learning new languages, and adapt quickly to diverse teams and client needs.

Lived Abroad – From Berlin to Hanoi to Marbella, I’ve adapted to new cities, languages, and cultures, building networks and finding belonging in diverse communities.

Explored Widely – With visits to over 30 countries across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas, I’ve gained insight into different traditions, tastes, and approaches to hospitality and service.

Language & Learning – Everywhere I’ve travelled I’ve picked up key words and phrases to communicate effectively. I’ve learned A1 in German (aber mein Deutsch ist ein bisschen aus der Übung), and aim to pursue formal study in French, with a long-term goal of reaching professional fluency.

Highlights include:
• Solo motorbiking across Vietnam’s highlands
• Paragliding over Lake Como, Italy
• Hiking Mount Kilimanjaro
• Skiing the Three Valleys, France
• Superman ziplining across canyons in Costa Rica

These experiences reflect my love of discovery and help me bring out-of-the-box ideas when curating events and partnerships.

Overall, this global perspective shapes how I approach work: I value inclusivity, curiosity, and adaptability. I bring cultural sensitivity and fresh ideas that ensure projects and events resonate with international audiences.

Creative Edge

I thrive in creative environments, where I can test ideas and bring them to life.

Events & Experiences – From planning live events to curating digital campaigns, I design moments that feel original, engaging, and memorable for the communities I’ve built.

Performance & Expression – My background in fire performance and aerial arts gives me an instinctive appreciation for spectacle, storytelling, and the emotional pull of live entertainment.

Entrepreneurial Creativity – I’ve turned my own artwork into print-on-demand products sold on Etsy, combining design, branding, and digital marketing to reach customers worldwide.

Digital Innovation – I enjoy creating websites and experimenting with no-code apps, giving me tools to prototype, problem-solve, and bring ideas to life quickly.

Design Thinking – A year studying Interior Architecture & Design deepened my understanding of aesthetics, spatial awareness, and the impact of environments on people — knowledge I now carry into event design and creative projects.

At the core, I thrive on blending design, performance, and innovation to deliver experiences that feel both original and refined.
